I think that people who are above the income guidelines should be able to buy one for, say, twice the price. In buying one laptop for yourself or family, you are purchasing another laptop for someone who can't afford it.Posted on Jul 15, 00:55
I think that this should be offered to everyone that meets income guidelines. I am a single mother of one child, I get no child support and have been out of work since Nov 2006, why are we punished because we live in the USA?Posted on Jul 8, 08:36
