I think that people who are above the income guidelines should be able to buy one for, say, twice the price. In buying one laptop for yourself or family, you are purchasing another laptop for someone who can't afford it.

I think that this should be offered to everyone that meets income guidelines. I am a single mother of one child, I get no child support and have been out of work since Nov 2006, why are we punished because we live in the USA?

It will we difficult to help in countries where they have 10 children per couple!

It is wonderful to think of this expanding opportunity for so many. When will it benefit anyone in the United States?
