'13" screen with 1280x800 resolution is about the same size as 11.7" screen with 1280x720 resolution.'What? 13" screen is 13", 11.7" screen is 11.7".

How much will the ipod with the A4 chip cost?Posted on Jul 19, 01:45
I agree, I SO miss my PowerBook 12 inch. It's the perfect size. 11.6 might be the way to go. My likely complaint will be that it won't have enough hard drive space....Posted on Jul 18, 19:07
The screen size is measured diagonally. 13" screen with 1280x800 resolution is about the same size as 11.7" screen with 1280x720 resolution. The new MacBook Air should be around the same size as 13" MacBook but a lot thinner.Posted on Jul 18, 08:52
Hate a new MacBook Pro as compared to a 12" powerbook? I traded up too but to a 15" model and have never regretted the decision.Posted on Jul 17, 00:19
Any info whether the new Macbook Air will be able to do a complete sync, including document files, with, eg an iMac?Posted on Jul 16, 21:39
With the new Retina display tech. release with the new iphone I think that a 11 inch display would be fine - it would probably produce higher resolution than the current one does.Posted on Jul 16, 21:15
I was hoping for a larger (not smaller) screen on the MacBook Air. As such I've been holding off on purchasing the regular MacBook or the MacBook Pro.Posted on Jul 16, 06:32
Finally. Those are both products that I would buy. I have hated my 13.3" MacBook Pro ever since I retired my 12" Powerbook. New iPod Touch would be greatPosted on Jul 16, 06:21
Do you guys even remember when Jobs talked about how tiny is the screen on most notebooks?? Well, 11 inch display is very small and personally I think you don't have to be so naive to understand that APPLE IS NOT DOING THAT......Posted on Jul 16, 02:28
Thanks for the scoop. Do you know if the new Air will have USB and Ethernet ports?Posted on Jul 16, 02:15
I will be sad if they only put in the 3 megapixel camera in the new iPod Touch!Posted on Jul 15, 23:53
Will the new touch have GPS? For those of us who have no use for costly cellular plans, a touch with GPS & camera would make an almost perfect office-on-the go.
