KJS has launched the SX and SC series MIDs featuring 8.9- and a 7-inch rotatable touch panels. Both MIDs adopt Intel's Menlow platform (Silverthorne CPU and Poulsbo chipset) featuring the 45nm Atom Z520 processor and integrated Intel GMA 500 graphics.
1GB of memory, an 80GB hard drive, built-in 3G wireless module and Windows Vista round off the packages, while the SX series also includes a DVD player.
The SX series is priced at around NT$34,900 (US$1,000), while the SC series costs around NT$29,900.
