Japan-based eyewear brand, JINS, has announced Meme smart eyewear for the US market in 2015 as part of its expansion plan outside of Asia.
The JINS Meme (available with or without prescription lenses) use bio-sensing technology to detect changes in eye and body movements so wearers can monitor their body statuses.
The company will demonstrate the JINS Meme in the US at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas from January 6-9, 2015.
Developed for nearly five years by academics and doctors in Japan, sensors of the JINS Meme are able to capture information from wearers' bodies via the JINS Meme app for iOS and Android.
