NEC Display Solutions of America has launched a new monitor under its MultiSync 5 series, the LCD175M.
The monitor features 1000:1 contrast ratio, 5ms response time, 1280x1024 HD resolution, and 250 cd/m2 brightness.
The 17-inch LCD175M monitor is certified as energy efficient with an EPEAT Gold rating, Energy Star 5.0 and TCO 5.0 compliance.
The LCD175M will begin shipping in November 2009 with an estimated street price of US$179.
