Sanyo redirects micro-CCD module assembly to Taiwan

Sanyo Electric plans to increase monthly capacity for mobile phone-use, micro-CCD (charged coupled device) image sensor modules to 2.5 million units before April and will outsource additional back-end assembly to Taiwanese companies.
