China loaded with inventory of 23.5 million handsets, says MIC

Hurt by oversupply and the SARS outbreak, China currently has over 20 million GSM and 3.5 million CDMA handsets in stock, the Taiwan-based Market Intelligence Center (MIC) estimated.
