Brief: Leadtek sets tentative subscription price of NT$21.4 for WBs

Leadtek Research, a major producer of graphics cards in Taiwan, on March 18 filed an application to issue warrant bonds (WBs) valued at NT$600 million and set a tentative subscription price of NT$21.4 per share. The WBs are expected to be effective on April 5.
