Taiwan market: Tatung launches 30-inch LCD TV priced under NT$ 30,000

To spur demand in the local LCD TV market, Taiwan-based home appliance maker Tatung recently rolled out a 30-inch LCD TV with a price tag of NT$29,900 (US$954).
