Osram and Avago cross-license deal to benefit Harvatek and Unity Opto

A recent cross-license agreement between Osram Opto Semiconductors and Avago Technologies is expected to benefit Taiwan-based Harvatek and Unity Opto Technology, who are among Avago’s current contract makers for SMD LEDs, industry sources indicated.
