MediaTek to ship TV chip solution to China

MediaTek has sent samples of its TV chip solution to major China-based TV makers such as Haier, Changhong Electric, SVA Electronic, and TCL with volume shipments possibly starting next quarter, according to the Chinese-language Economic Daily News (EDN).
