Counterpoint: JioPhone Next costs US$58 to make

Reliance joined forces with Google to launch an ultra-cheap 4G smartphone JioPhone Next in 2021. According to Counterpoint, the smartphone costs US$58 to make, and the next 5G smartphone co-developed by the duo may cost US$100-150.
