Foxconn chairman says Taiwan is poised to lead in AI, but trade uncertainty looms

Acer showcased its Aspire X3600 6.5-liter mini-PC at Computex Taipei 2007. The machine adopts an Intel Core 2 Duo processor, G33 integrated chipset, ICH9DH southbridge, and MXM (mobile PCI Express module) slot for hardware expansion.
Acer is also planing to introduce a same-sized model built around ATI Radeon X1250/X1200 chipsets, named the Aspire X1100.
Acer expects to launch both machines in the second half of 2007, according to sources at the company.
