ViewSonic plans to release its VX1940w, a 19-inch monitor with a response time of 2ms and a resolution of 1,680x1,050 in Taiwan in the middle of November, according to the company.
ViewSonic has upgraded the resolution of its 19-inch monitors to 1,680x1,050, which was the resolution of its 22-inch monitors. The new monitor has a dynamic contrast ratio of 3,000:1, a brightness of 300cd/m2 and a viewing angle of 160/170 degrees.
The pricing for the monitor in Taiwan has not been decided yet.
