Taiwan-based network appliances maker, AR Infotek has announced a new Linux compatible network security appliance, the Teak 3020.
The Teak 3020 is equipped with Intel's EP80579 SOC processor with security engine support, while the appliance supports DDR2 memory up to 2GB.
The appliance features a hard drive bay for SATA 2.5 hard drive to back up data, and a mini PCI Express slot for more hardware expansion.
The Teak 3020 can operate for various application such as SSL, VPN, network security control, network testing and emulations.
