TSMC to start 90nm volume production in 3Q, projects 0.13-micron shipments to total 400,000 in 2003

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) said on Thursday that it expected to start volume production using 90-nanometer (nm) technology in the third quarter of this year.
