King Yuan raises 2004 capex to NT$8 billion; NT$3 billion for flash testing

To boost its flash memory testing capacity, King Yuan Electronics will raise its 2004 capital expenditure (capex) to NT$8 billion from an originally planned NT$5 billion, according to a company source.
