Tatung lowers 2004 projected pre-tax earnings 26% to NT$6.37 billion

Tatung has lowered its pre-tax earnings forecast for 2004 to NT$6.37 billion from its original projection of NT$8.67 billion, citing lower-than-expected investment income from its LCD subsidiary.
