DRAMeXchange: DRAM chipmakers to shift more capacity to NAND flash memory

DRAMeXchange predicts that chipmakers will try to meet growing demand for NAND flash memory by shifting more of their DRAM capacity to the making of NAND-flash chips, which have higher margins than DRAM chips.
