AUO positions itself to be potential supplier for major China TV makers

With AU Optronics (AUO) planning to set up a second China-based LCD module (LCM) production base in Xiamen, Southern China, sources said most major China-based TV brands may begin sourcing LCD modules (LCMs) from the LCD panel maker.
