Analysts bullish on Elpida and ProMOS due to Japan tariff on Hynix DRAM

Analysts were quoted by the Chinese-language Economic Daily News (EDN) as saying that they are bullish about Elpida Memory and Taiwan’s ProMOS Technologies due to a 27% tariff that Japan will place on DRAM from Hynix Semiconductor.
