BLU makers to seek more clients in response to vertical integration of LCD panel makers

Taiwan-based backlight unit (BLU) makers are not surprised by the development of BLUs by Taiwan-based panel makers and are now trying to arrange their customer base to minimize the impact, according to Taiwan-based BLU makers.
