Micron offering aggressive quotes for 4Gbit NAND flash, sources say

Micron Technology has priced its 4Gbit NAND flash parts US$0.50 lower than prices offered by its competitors, such as Samsung Electronics and Toshiba, with the prices dropping to less than US$2.50, according to industry sources.
