Chang Wah adjusts strategy to tap in LED leadframe production

Instead of the planned deployment into the LED packaging segment, Chang Wah Electromaterials has decided to adjust its strategy by tapping into LED leadframe production via partnerships with leadframe vendors, according to the company.
