STN LCD driver ICs to decline 10% in 1Q

Although there are still a certain level of demand for STN driver ICs for entry-level handsets from emerging markets, sales of handset-use STN LCD driver ICs are expected to drop 10% in the first quarter of 2009, according to market sources.
