Taiwan-based network appliances maker, AR Infotek has announced a new Linux compatible network security appliance, the Teak 3020.
The Teak 3020 is equipped with Intel's EP80579 SOC processor with security engine support, as well as up to 2GB DDR2 memory.
The appliance incorporates a 2.5-inch SATA hard drive bay and a mini PCI Express slot for more hardware expansion.
The Teak 3020 can operate in various applications such as SSL, VPN, network security control, network testing and emulation, AR Infotek said.
