Rexchip and Inotera seek Taiwan government investment

Powerchip Semiconductor Corporation (PSC) is said to be planning to use Rexchip Electronics as a platform to invite investment from the Taiwan government. Inotera Memories is also striving to win government investment, according to market sources.
