Taiwan-based solar cell maker E-Ton to hike capacity more than originally planned in 2010

E-Ton Solar Tech will expand its annual production capacity for crystalline silicon solar cells from 320MWp currently by 180MWp to 500MWp in 2010, according to company president Allen Guo.
