Taiwan market: Canon accounts for more than half of the DSLR market in 2009

There were more than 80,000 DSLR (digital single-lens reflex) cameras sold in the Taiwan market in 2009 and Canon attained a market share of over 50%, followed by Nikon with 20-30% and Sony with about 10%, according to industry sources in Taiwan.
