SDRAM supply to fall over 10% short of demand in 2Q11, says Etron

Supply of specialty DRAM (SDRAM) chips will likely fall short of demand by a double-digit percentage rate later in the second quarter of 2011, according to Etron Technology chairman Nicky Lu.
