TSMC seeing orders for networking, handset chips pick up, says paper

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) has seen its customers specializing in handset- and networking-related ICs step up their pace of orders, the Chinese-language Commercial Times cited sources at equipment makers as saying.
