Tripod Technology HDI capacity utilization rises to 90%

Taiwan-based PCB maker Tripod Technology, due to booming orders for HDI boards, seen its HDI production capacity utilization rise to 90% currently, higher than the overall capacity utilization of over 80% for all types of PCBs, according to the company.
