Founded on creation and determination, Viettron Technology is forward-thinking about electrifying fuel-emissions vehicles to light electric vehicles. In January 2025, Viettron begins a new year by participating in the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) at Booth 41008, the South Hall in the Las Vegas Convention Center in the United States of America.
While we have been expanding the focused market shares in Europe, displaying at this worldly tech event the in-house designed Power Control Unit (PCU) 72V Liquid Cooling, Vehicle Control Unit (VCU), and motor plus a customized meter informs the vehicle status. This positions Viettron's expertise in complete electrification solutions in this trending automotive development.
Based in Taiwan, Team Viettron consists of engineering talents from hardware, software, mechanical, and system disciplines. They specialize in designing core electrification components, such as batteries, motors, power control units, and vehicle control units, and systemizing them for targeted electric vehicles.
Three major venues of system integration services include systemizing power electronics, customizing components and modules, and optimizing vehicle performance. These ensure every segment of a LEV performs effectively.
System Integration encompasses customization, allowing us to make alterations or modifications to our modules. This links hardware and software applications physically and functionally to act as a coordinated whole.
Additionally, partnering with OEM manufacturing in Vietnam, Viettron Technology is not only a design house of LEV but also provides a one-stop-shop service from design to production. Our service accomplishes our determination: maximizing the service value for customers.
We possess profound expertise in vehicle categories of off-road vehicles, power sports cargo, and particular duty vehicles. This is achieved by not only creating core components but also bringing together parts and systems.
The three main components of electric systems—motor and PCU, VCU—collaborate with the battery management system to enable the electric vehicle to function in generation, transmission, and distribution.
The PCU developed by Viettron provides electrified propulsion for an infinite number of final product applications across a wide array of vehicles. It acts as a bridge between the electric energy storage unit and the power output unit.
It provides robust high-power output capability for controlling the bidirectional flow of electric energy between those two units. Viettron customizes power control modes and designs hardware circuits and software algorithms, such as torque control, speed control, speed limit control, and constant speed control.
With its advanced embedded programmable controller OS, motor drive algorithms, and modular hardware architecture, the motor driver achieves unprecedented flexibility in application, motor control, and powerful expandability.
The VCU developed by Viettron is an embedded system as an electrical control solution for modern vehicles. Our VCU is based on the ARM architecture, ASIL-B level, and a processor with a processing speed of up to 112MHz.
This makes it ideal for the development of two-wheel electric vehicles with complete functioning performance and an input and output control management interface. Our VCU also automatically performs analyses of the system or components.
It controls functions that include power control and management, general I/O control, switch detection, car lights, horn, water pump, grip-lock during runtime, peripheral control, battery charge and discharge management, sound management, Bluetooth (i.e., keyless), and peripheral communication interface CAN BUS 2.0B. The VCU also includes a vehicle-mounted 3-axis inertial measurement element.
CES, as the worldly event for exhibiting consumer electronics, gathers leading innovators, creators, educators, and entrepreneurs to exchange the latest technology. The show this year is held from January 7th to 10th, 2025. Viettron, possessing great excitement, looks forward to joining this party, which also marks a milestone for the team in participating in one of the largest and most influential technology trade shows in the world.
Our LEV showcase represents Viettron's momentum for America.
