Driven by TV and monitor applications, large-size panel shipments were strong in the second quarter with supply running tight. Demand started to pick up in April, and shipments continued rising in May and June, as vendors, such as Dell and Hewlett Packard (HP), and OEMs made an early start to build their inventories for back-to-school demand for the third quarter.Table of contents
