TSMC to deal out dividend of NT$3.05 for 2008

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) will deal out a dividend of NT$3.05 (US$0.09), including NT$3 in cash and NT$0.05 in stocks, for 2008, according to a decision made by the company's board of directors on February 10.
