Mirle asked to delay equipment shipments to CMO and Innolux

Taiwan-based Mirle Automation has been asked by Innolux Display and Chi Mei Optoelectronics (CMO) to delay delivery of equipment for 6G and 8.5G LCD lines respectively, due to the panel makers' suspended capacity expansion, according to the company.
