LED chipmaker Tyntek to merge with Ubilux

Taiwan-based LED chipmaker Tyntek has announced a merger deal with LED epitaxy maker Ubilux, a subsidiary of Powerchip Semiconductor Corporation (PSC), to secure supply of high brightness blue LED chips.
