Belgium-based IMEC to set up R&D center in Taiwan

Belgium-based Interuniversity Microelectronics Center (IMEC) plans to set up a R&D center in Taiwan in 2010 with an aim to accelerate the development of the MEMS market in Taiwan, according to IMEC.
