AUO next to LG Display, ahead of Samsung in 2010 capex

LG Display leads the top-three panel makers in its 2010 capex plans at four trillion won (US$3.431 billion), followed by AU Optronics (AUO) with NT$100 billion (US$3.121 billion) and Samsung Electronics' three trillion won for the LCD business.
