NOR flash supply to remain tight until mid-2011, says Macronix chairman

NOR flash supply will continue to be tight in the next 12-18 months, according to Miin Wu, chairman and CEO of Macronix International. The biggest problem now is how to immediately create enough capacity, Wu indicated.
