TSMC announces automotive-qualified 0.25-micron OTP IP

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) has announced that its 0.25-micron one-time programmable (OTP) IP now meets Automotive Electronics Council (AEC) standard AEC-Q100 specification.
