Chunghwa Telecom to sign with IBM for cooperation in cloud computing

Chunghwa Telecom (CHT) will sign an MOU with IBM for cooperation to develop cloud computing technologies and applications, and particularly expects IBM to offer development tools for its PaaS (platform as a service), according to CHT.
