Quanta, CHT to start testing new cloud computing platform

Quanta Computer and Chunghwa Telecom (CHT) are scheduled to test their new cloud computing platform at CHT's R&D center in Taoyuan, Taiwan with Quanta to invite several software developers to participate the event.
