AcSiP expects huge growth in 2011 shipments of SiP modules

AcSiP Technology, which makes wireless communication SiP (system in package) modules for use in handsets and e-book readers, expects to ship 10-15 million units in 2011, up from 2.6 million units shipped in 2010, according to the company.
