Taiwan market: Chunghwa Telecom leads in 3G mobile Internet-access speed, says survey

Chunghwa Telecom (CHT) provides the fastest mobile Internet-access service among the four WCDMA 3G operators in Taiwan, according to a survey released by Consumers' Foundation on June 28.
