JPO renders Nichia's white LED patent invalid

Everlight Electronics has announced that amid an invalidation trial on September 5th, 2011 against the Japanese Patent No. 4,530,094 (JP'094) owned by Nichia, Everlight has received a prevailing decision from the Japan Patent Office (JPO).
