Taiwan market: TWM, FET add 1800MHz to 4G operation

Taiwan Mobile (TWM) and Far EasTone Telecommunications (FET) have obtained licenses for operations on 1800MHz frequency band units from the National Communications Commission and started 4G services using the band units.
