Taiwan market: Chunghwa Telecom, Elta Technology cooperate to launch hievent

Chunghwa Telecom (CHT) on October 28 announced the launch of hievent, an online video streaming service for enterprise users, through cooperation with Elta Technology, a Taiwan-based integrator and distributor of digital HD content.
