TSMC to make SSD controller chips for Apple, say sources

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) reportedly has landed SSD controller chip orders from Apple, in addition to recent orders from Marvell Technology and Phison Electronics, according to industry sources.
