Innodisk, the service-driven provider of flash, DRAM modules, and embedded peripherals, will be showcasing a wide range of new products at Computex 2016 in Taipei from May 31 to June 4. With an emphasis on the theme of "NEXT" (New Embedded eXtreme Technology), Innodisk will present a new generation of flash, DRAM, and embedded peripherals ideal for embedded systems. The Innodisk booth will include a live demonstration of in-vehicle, automation, and networking applications, showcasing how Innodisk products support the unique and often complex needs of clients.
The Next Generation of Flash Storage
Innodisk's innovative, vertically designed M.2 storage device, M2DOM, can save up to 90% more space as compared with the horizontal M.2 device, providing the designer with ample space to lay out the motherboard. To fulfill the various needs of embedded systems, it is compatible with multiple interfaces: SATA, PCIe and USB.
Additionally, Innodisk will debut two new series of flash storage with Marvell high quality chips. The 3ME4 series supports the industrial mainstream SATA III interface, and the 3ME series supports the new generation PCIe interface. Both series feature a small form factor, high performance, and longer lifespan.
The SATADOM and high performance 3MG2-P series with Pin 8 Technology use the SATA connector as a power supply to power the device. Extra pins on each side of the drive's connector mate with pins within the motherboard's SATA interface to provide a power source that eliminates the need for external cables. Additionally, Innodisk features the 3MG2-P with hardware-based AES 256-bit key to enhance data security.
DRAM for Cloud, Military and IOT Applications
Innodisk's DDR4 2667 RDIMM is compliant with the Intel Purely platform and suitable for various servers. It offers up to 25% better performance as compared with current mainstream DDR4 2133 series and delivers faster data processing. The DDR4 wide-temperature module series and customized military-grade DDR4 XR-DIMM provides high performance in harsh environments. Specialized for networking applications, VLP miniDIMM series comes with an ultra-low profile design, improving thermal performance and making it suitable for IOT devices.
Communication and RAID Modules
Innodisk introduces its new industrial grade communication modules to fulfill various applications including: EMUC-B201 CANBus cards which support Socket, EGPL-G4P1 series PoE cards, EMUI series digital I/O expansion cards and EGPL series M.2 LAN cards. Apart from communication modules, Innodisk will be displaying RAID modules which support various flash storages and provide backup functions. The RAID module features iRAID software that not only monitors RAID status, but supports different RAID modes and retrieves SMART information for each SSD.
In-Vehicle Solutions Feature E-Mark Certification
Innodisk's flash and DRAM products for in-vehicle computing systems are designed for operation within the unstable and harsh interior of automobiles. Its low-power consumption and heat and shock resistance makes it our most reliable automotive storage solution. This series of products is EMI resistant and compliant with the standards of E-Mark (EU). This year, we have five additional products that feature E-Mark. Furthermore, the EMUC-B201 is a rugged mPCIe embedded peripheral module that provides dual-channel CANBus 2.0A/B functionality for embedded or industrial computers. The EMUC-B201 peripheral enables embedded systems for the Internet of Vehicles and industrial PCs for Industry 4.0.
Innodisk's M.2 LAN card complies with both 2000V surge protection and 2000V HiPOT protection.
Innodisk's vertically designed M.2 storage device, M2DOM, can save up to 90% more space as compared with the horizontal M.2 device.
